section 2 - our products
acse makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes, and other product information accurately. however, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, garment characteristics, and production conditions. our products are produced through print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfilment partners. available garments, colours, sizes, printing methods, placements, and production options depend on the relevant manufacturing partner. print appearance may vary slightly due to garment colour, fabric, printing process, and production conditions. acse does not offer custom garment construction, custom measurements, custom washes, or custom production methods unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.
we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.
section 3 - orders
placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
acse reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is an error in product information, pricing, availability, payment, or order details. an order is considered confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation.
please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
order cancellation
orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered processing. because acse products may enter print-on-demand production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible once processing has started.
once an order has entered processing, acse may be unable to cancel it.
returns, exchanges, replacements, and other resolutions are governed by our applicable return and refund policy.
section 4 - prices and billing
all product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable correction of pricing or listing errors. applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable. you are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.
by submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
section 5 - shipping and delivery
acse products are produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand manufacturing and shipping partners. estimated delivery times may vary depending on production location, production time, shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
acse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
tracking information will be provided when available.
customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
section 6 - returns, exchanges and replacements
acse does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, styling preference, or similar reasons.
a replacement or other resolution may be available where:
- a product arrives damaged; or
- the wrong product is received because of an error on our side.
customers must contact support@acse.in within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide the order number together with clear photos or video showing the issue. claims are reviewed before any replacement, refund, return, or other resolution is approved. customers must not send products back without receiving return instructions from acse.

section 7 - intellectual property
all content available through our website, including trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, designs, graphics, images, photographs, text, videos, audio, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to acse unless otherwise stated.
you may access and use our website for personal and lawful purposes.
you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission from acse. the acse name, logo, product names, designs, and other brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.
